Who we are

Black Halo RP is an independent roleplay community for Grand Theft Auto V, played through the FiveM client. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.

Using this website

This site is provided as-is. We try to keep the live server figures accurate, but they are cached and can be out of date or unavailable. Nothing here is a guarantee that the server is up, that you will be able to connect, or that you will be approved to play.

Playing on the server

Access to the game server is whitelisted and granted at our discretion. Playing here requires that you follow the rules. We may remove access for the reasons set out in those rules, and where conduct warrants it we may do so without notice.

You need your own legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V on PC. We do not supply the game, and we cannot help with problems that belong to Rockstar, Steam, Epic or FiveM.

Your content

Anything you write in an application, a ticket or a report may be read by staff and kept for as long as it is needed to run the community. Do not put information into those forms that you would not want a staff member to read.

Purchases

Any purchases are handled entirely by Tebex, under their terms and their refund policy as well as ours. This website never processes or stores payment details, and nothing sold grants an advantage in gameplay.

Changes

These terms will change as the site grows, particularly when accounts and applications move onto it. Material changes will be announced in the Discord.
